‘home Member State of the PEPP distributor’ means: where the distributor is a natural person, the Member State in which his or her residence is situated; where the distributor is a legal person, the Member State in which its registered office is situated or, where the distributor under its national law has no registered office, the Member State in which its head office is situated;
