Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The competent authorities, in addition to the powers conferred to them according to national law, shall have the following powers: to determine the nature, the scope and the format of the information referred to in paragraph 1 which they require PEPP providers to submit at predefined intervals, upon occurrence of predefined events or during enquiries regarding the situation of a PEPP provider; to obtain from the PEPP providers any information regarding contracts which are held by PEPP providers or regarding contracts which are entered into with third parties; and to require information from external experts, such as auditors and actuaries.
