The receiving PEPP provider shall, as provided for in the request and to the extent that the information provided by the transferring PEPP provider or the PEPP saver enables the receiving PEPP provider to do so, make any necessary preparations to accept incoming payments and accept them with effect from the date specified by the PEPP saver in the request.
