1.

The competent authorities shall issue a decision for deregistration of the PEPP when: the PEPP provider expressly renounces the registration; the PEPP provider has obtained the registration by making false statements or by any other irregular means; the PEPP provider has seriously or systematically infringed this Regulation; or the PEPP provider or the PEPP no longer meets the conditions under which registration was granted.
