in Article 26, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 29a amending Annex IV by establishing specific labelling requirements referred to in paragraph 1, without duplicating or creating inconsistencies with labelling provisions laid down in existing Union legislation. In so doing, account should be taken, as appropriate, of labelling provisions established by Member States in accordance with Union legislation.’;
