in Article 7(2), the first and second subparagraphs are replaced by the following: ‘2. An immediate decision shall be taken as to whether Annexes I and II should be amended. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 10a amending those Annexes. Where, in the case of those amendments, imperative grounds of urgency so require, the procedure provided for in Article 10b shall apply to delegated acts adopted pursuant to this Article. The Member State may maintain the measures it has implemented as long as the Commission has not taken any decision.’;
