Article 6 is amended as follows: paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 12a amending Annex II in order to establish common assessment methods for the determination of Lden and Lnight.’; in paragraph 3, the following second subparagraph is added: ‘The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 12a amending Annex III in order to establish common assessment methods for the determination of harmful effects.’;
