Article 6 is amended as follows: the title is replaced by the following: ‘Delegated and implementing acts’; paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 6a amending Annex I to take account of technological or economic developments or to align it with other economic and social classifications.’;
