‘Article 13 Amendment of the Annex The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 13a amending the list of defence-related products set out in the Annex, so that it strictly corresponds to the Common Military List of the European Union. Where imperative grounds of urgency so require, the procedure provided for in Article 13b shall apply to delegated acts adopted pursuant to this Article.’;
