to amend Annex I to that Regulation so as to incorporate amendments to the provisions of the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea, 1974, as amended by the Protocol of 2002, to amend the limits set out in Annex I to that Regulation for ships of Class B under Article 4 of Directive 2009/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 2009/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on safety rules and standards for passenger ships (OJ L 163, 25.6.2009, p. 1). , to amend Annex II to that Regulation so as to incorporate amendments to the provisions of the IMO Guidelines.
