‘Article 7 Powers of COSS and amendments COSS shall exercise the powers conferred on it by virtue of the Union maritime legislation in force. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 7a amending point 2 of Article 2 in order to include a reference to the Union acts conferring powers on COSS that have entered into force following the adoption of this Regulation.’;
