in Article 6, paragraph 5 is replaced by the following: ‘5. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 8a amending the values referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this Article where amendments to the relevant international agreements make this necessary.’;
