2. Transactions with the following types of counterparties shall be excluded from the calculation of K‐TCD: central governments and central banks, where the underlying exposures would receive a 0 % risk weight under Article 114 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013; multilateral development banks listed in Article 117(2) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013; international organisations listed in Article 118 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
