point (e) of the second subparagraph of paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ‘(e) for equity securities, including securities giving access to equity securities, the working capital statement, the statement of capitalisation and indebtedness, a disclosure of relevant conflicts of interest and related-party transactions, major shareholders and, where applicable, pro forma financial information.’;
