in point (b) of Article 427(1), point (x) is replaced by the following: ‘(x) liabilities resulting from securities issued that qualify for the treatment set out in Article 129(4) or (5) of this Regulation or from covered bonds as defined in point (1) of Article 3 of Directive (EU) 2019/2162;’;
