paragraph 1 is amended as follows: the following points are inserted: ‘(aa) establishing Union strategic supervisory priorities in accordance with Article 29a; (ab) establishing coordination groups in accordance with Article 45b to promote supervisory convergence and identify best practices;’; point (b) is replaced by the following: ‘(b) promoting an effective bilateral and multilateral exchange of information between competent authorities, pertaining to all relevant issues, including cyber security and cyber-attacks, with full respect for the applicable confidentiality and data protection provisions provided for in the relevant Union legislative acts;’; point (e) is replaced by the following: ‘(e) establishing sectoral and cross-sectoral training programmes, including with respect to technological innovation, different forms of cooperatives and mutuals, facilitating personnel exchanges and encouraging competent authorities to intensify the use of secondment schemes and other tools;’; the following point is added: ‘(f) putting in place a monitoring system to assess material environmental, social and governance-related risks, taking into account the Paris Agreement to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change;’;
