Article 13 › 1

DIRECTIVE (EU) 2020/1828 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2020 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall lay down rules ensuring that qualified entities provide information, in particular on their website, about: (a) the representative actions they have decided to bring before a court or administrative authority; (b) the status of the representative actions they have brought before a court or administrative authority; and (c) the outcomes of the representative actions referred to in points (a) and (b).
