Article 19 › 1

DIRECTIVE (EU) 2020/1828 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2020 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall lay down the rules on penalties applicable to the failure or refusal to comply with: (a) an injunctive measure referred to in Article 8(1) or in point (b) of Article 8(2); or (b) obligations referred to in Article 13(3) or Article 18.
