Directive (EU) 2020/2184 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2020 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that the necessary assistance, as defined by the Member States, for competent authorities is facilitated in order to implement the measures referred to in this Article.
