Directive (EU) 2020/2184 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2020 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission may adopt implementing acts specifying the format of, and modalities for presenting, the information to be provided in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 3, including detailed requirements regarding the indicators, the Union-wide overview maps and the Member State overview reports referred to in paragraph 3. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 22.
