Directive (EU) 2020/2184 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2020 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall, by 12 January 2035, carry out an evaluation of this Directive. The evaluation shall be based, inter alia, on the following elements: the experience gained through the implementation of this Directive; the data sets from Member States set up in accordance with Article 18(1) and the Union-wide overviews compiled by the EEA in accordance with Article 18(3); relevant scientific, analytical and epidemiological data; WHO recommendations, where available.
