The parametric values set in accordance with Article 5 for the parameters listed in Parts A and B of Annex I shall be complied with: in the case of water intended for human consumption supplied from a distribution network, at the point, within premises or an establishment, at which the water emerges from the taps that are normally used for water intended for human consumption; in the case of water intended for human consumption supplied from a tanker, at the point at which the water emerges from the tanker; in the case of water intended for human consumption put into bottles or containers, at the point at which the water is put into the bottles or containers; in the case of water intended for human consumption used in a food business, at the point at which the water is used in that business.
