Directive (EU) 2020/2184 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2020 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Where paragraph 2 of this Article applies and there is a risk that water intended for human consumption covered by point (a) of paragraph 1 of this Article would not comply with the parametric values set in accordance with Article 5, Member States shall nevertheless ensure that:
