Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/119 of 28 January 2020 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine · European Union

(2) Following the organisation by the Russian Federation of so‐called ‘local elections’ on 8 September 2019 in the illegally annexed Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol in Ukraine, the Council considers that seven persons should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.
