Responsible for the separatist ‘governmental’ activities of the so-called ‘government of the Luhansk People’s Republic’. Responsible for the statement of the Army of the South-East that the Ukrainian presidential elections in the ‘Luhansk People’s Republic’ cannot take place due to the ‘new’ status of the region. Remains active in supporting separatist actions or policies. 12.7.2014
