Signatory of the Memorandum of Understanding on the ‘Novorossiya union’. Former member of the so-called ‘People’s Council of the Luhansk People’s Republic’. Remains active in supporting separatist actions or policies. Currently Chairman of the so-called ‘Public Chamber of the Luhansk People’s Republic’.
