Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1367 of 1 October 2020 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine · European Union

(4) The Council considers that four entities and two individuals should be added to the list of persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 for their role in designing, building or using the railway infrastructure linking Russia and the illegally annexed Crimean peninsula.
