The insurance policy referred to in point (b) of paragraph 2 shall include, without being limited to, coverage against the risk of: loss of documents; misrepresentations or misleading statements made; acts, errors or omissions resulting in a breach of: legal and regulatory obligations; duty of skill and care towards clients; obligations of confidentiality; failure to establish, implement and maintain appropriate procedures to prevent conflicts of interest; losses arising from business disruption, system failures or process management; where applicable to the business model, gross negligence in carrying out asset valuation or credit pricing and scoring.
