Crowdfunding service providers that allow the advertisement of interest referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and that provide asset safekeeping services in accordance with Article 10(1) shall require their investors advertising such interest to notify them of any changes in ownership for the purposes of conducting ownership verification and record-keeping.
