(75) The date of application of this Regulation should be deferred to align it with the date of application of the national rules transposing Directive (EU) 2020/1504 of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive (EU) 2020/1504 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 amending Directive 2014/65/EU on markets in financial instruments (see page 50 of this Official Journal). , which exempts crowdfunding service providers falling under the scope of this Regulation from the application of Directive 2014/65/EU.
