For the purpose of Article 21(5) of the Financial Regulation, EUR 384400 million in 2018 prices, of the amount referred to in Article 2(1) of this Regulation, shall constitute external assigned revenue to the Union programmes referred to in point (a) of Article 2(2) of this Regulation and EUR 5600 million in 2018 prices of that amount shall constitute external assigned revenue to the Union programmes referred to in point (c) of Article 2(2) of this Regulation.
