Directive (EU) 2021/2167 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2021 on credit servicers and credit purchasers and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The outsourcing of credit servicing activities shall not be undertaken in such a way as to impair the quality of the credit servicer’s internal control, or the soundness or continuity of its credit servicing activities.
