Member States shall ensure that the credit servicer keeps and maintains records of relevant instructions provided to the credit service provider, in accordance with the conditions provided for under applicable national law, and of the outsourcing agreement referred to in paragraph 1 for a period of at least 5 years from the date on which the outsourcing agreement is terminated, or for the duration of the statutory limitation period applicable in the Member State, but in either case up to a maximum period of 10 years.
