Directive (EU) 2021/2167 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2021 on credit servicers and credit purchasers and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that a credit servicer informs the competent authorities of the home Member State of any subsequent change to the information that is required to be communicated in accordance with paragraph 2. In such cases, Member States shall ensure compliance with the procedure set out in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5.
