The resolution college shall reach a joint decision regarding the resolution plan and any changes thereto within a four-month period from the date of the transmission of that plan by the resolution authority referred to in paragraph 1. The resolution authority shall ensure that ESMA is provided with all the information that is relevant to its role in accordance with this Article.
