The powers provided for in point (d) of paragraph 1, and point (b) of paragraph 2, of this Article shall not affect: the right of an employee of the CCP to terminate a contract of employment; nor subject to Articles 55, 56 and 57, the exercise of contractual rights of a party to a contract, including the right to terminate, where provided for in the terms of the contract, due to an act or omission by the CCP prior to the transfer, or by the purchaser or bridge CCP after the transfer.
