The ESMA Resolution Committee shall be composed of the authorities designated pursuant to Article 3(1). Authorities referred to in points (i) and (v) of Article 4(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 shall be invited to participate in the ESMA Resolution Committee as observers.
