the Programme will invest in: digital capacity building in HPC, AI, distributed ledger technologies (e.g. blockchain), cybersecurity and advanced digital skills; and national, regional and local deployment within an Union framework of digital capacities and the latest digital technologies in areas of public interest (such as health, public administration, justice and education) or market failure (such as the digitisation of businesses, in particular SMEs);
