Synergies with InvestEU Programme shall ensure that: support through market-based financing, including pursuing policy objectives under the Programme is provided under Regulation (EU) 2021/523; such market-based financing might be combined with the grant support; access to financial instruments by businesses is facilitated by the support provided by European Digital Innovation Hubs.
