Article 33

Regulation (EU) 2021/694 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 establishing the Digital Europe Programme and repealing Decision (EU) 2015/2240 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation shall not affect the continuation of or modification of actions inititated pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 283/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EU) No 283/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on guidelines for trans-European networks in the area of telecommunications infrastructure and repealing Decision No 1336/97/EC (OJ L 86, 21.3.2014, p. 14). and Decision (EU) 2015/2240, which shall continue to apply to those actions until their closure. The financial envelope for the Programme may also cover the technical and administrative assistance expenses necessary to ensure the transition between the Programme and the measures adopted pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 283/2014 and Decision (EU) 2015/2240. If necessary, appropriations may be entered in the Union budget beyond 2027 to cover the expenses provided for in Article 9(4), to enable the management of actions not completed by 31 December 2027.
