Regulation (EU) 2021/697 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 establishing the European Defence Fund and repealing Regulation (EU) 2018/1092 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The distribution of the amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be: EUR 2651000000 for research actions; EUR 5302000000 for development actions. In order to respond to unforeseen situations or to new developments and needs, the Commission may reallocate the amount allocated to research or development actions, by up to a maximum of 20 %.
