Where, with the agreement of the Member State and the regions concerned, part or all of an Interreg D programme is implemented under indirect management pursuant to point (b) or (c), respectively, of Article 55(3) of this Regulation, implementation tasks shall be entrusted to one of the bodies listed in point (c) of the first subparagraph of Article 62(1) of the Financial Regulation, in particular to such a body located in the participating Member State, including the managing authority of the Interreg programme concerned.
