2. The Commission shall adopt a decision, by means of implementing act, setting out the annual breakdown of the global resources for the ERDF, the ESF+ and the Cohesion Fund by Member State under the Investment for jobs and growth goal and, where applicable, by category of region, in accordance with the methodologies set out in Annex XXVI. That decision shall also set out the annual breakdown of the global resources per Member State under the European territorial cooperation goal (Interreg).
