Article 66

1. Expenditure supporting relocation shall not be eligible for a contribution from the Funds. 2. Where a contribution from the Funds constitutes State aid, the managing authority shall satisfy itself that the contribution does not support relocation in accordance with Article 14(16) of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014.
