The payment service provider shall, where applicable, communicate to the payment service user the payment service user’s international payment account number identifier (IBAN) and the payment service provider’s business identifier code (BIC). In addition, where applicable, the payment service provider shall indicate the payment service user’s IBAN and the payment service provider’s BIC on statements of account or in an annex thereto. The payment service provider shall provide the information required under this paragraph to the payment service user free of charge.
