5. The Commission shall annex the essential elements of the Statutes of the EDIC referred to in Article 17(1), points (c), (d), (e) and (i), to the decision setting up an EDIC. Decisions setting up an EDIC shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Commission shall establish a publicly accessible list of the EDICs set up, and shall update the list in a timely and regular manner.
