Decision (EU) 2022/2481 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 establishing the Digital Decade Policy Programme 2030 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The setting-up and internal functioning of an EDIC shall be governed: by Union law, in particular by this Decision; by the law of the Member State where the EDIC has its statutory seat in the case of matters not, or only partly, regulated by Union law, in particular this Decision; by the Statutes and their implementing rules.
