the digital transformation of businesses, where: at least 75 % of Union enterprises have taken up one or more of the following, in line with their business operations: cloud computing services; big data; artificial intelligence; more than 90 % of Union SMEs reach at least a basic level of digital intensity; the Union facilitates the growth of its innovative scale-ups and improves their access to finance, leading to at least doubling the number of unicorns;
