Decision (EU) 2022/2481 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 establishing the Digital Decade Policy Programme 2030 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The Commission shall annually submit and present to the European Parliament and to the Council a comprehensive report on the state of the Digital Decade (the ‘Report on the Digital Decade’). The Report on the Digital Decade shall cover progress with regard to the digital transformation of the Union and DESI. The Commission shall submit its first Report on the Digital Decade by 9 January 2024.
