in Article 96, the following paragraph is added: ‘7. Members States shall ensure that paragraphs 1 to 5 of this Article do not apply to: payment service providers referred to in points (a), (b) and (d) of Article 1(1) of this Directive; account information service providers referred to in Article 33(1) of this Directive; payment institutions exempted pursuant to Article 32(1) of this Directive; and electronic money institutions benefitting from a waiver as referred to in Article 9(1) of Directive 2009/110/EC.’;
